Requires a one time $300 fee per pet.
LoE required for new jobs – must state title, start date, salary (+bonus), & contact info to verify.
Bank statements must show deposits matching pay stubs.
LL uses their own guarantor form.
**Any applicant who backs out after approval will automatically and always have $500 held. This goes straight to mgmt and we have no say in the matter, making this non-negotiable.
**All move-ins are after 4pm on the lease start day. If clients need to move earlier, they can hire their own cleaning crew and mgmt will reimburse them up to $250 max. If clients want management to clean, they must wait until after 4pm to move in.
